Q: Why doesn't the website icon display?
A: Please manually upload the website icon, as some websites do not support icon fetching.
Q: Why is it that sometimes the homepage of the web version and the plugin version are different?
A: The browser extension version will lag behind a bit; the web version is a real-time page, but this does not affect functionality. Their relationship is: Local Plugin Version ≥ Online Store Version, because for example, in the Chrome Web Store, each version update requires online submission for review, so it is generally not submitted frequently unless there is a significant functional change.
Q: Why can't I log in?
A: Please check if your email is correct, and it might be that the verification email was mistakenly marked as spam in your inbox, so please check it in a timely manner.
Q: Why is there a lot of content on the homepage?
A: All content can be completely cleared and you can add your commonly used website or tool links. We just display some content by default on the homepage. After registering and logging in, you can find the export feature in the function bar on the right to directly import it for use on other devices. Your personal homepage is that simple.
Q: Why can't I add a website?
A: Please check if your network connection is normal, or try refreshing the page. If the problem persists, please contact us.
Q: How do I add built-in tools?
A: Please make good use of your right-click. Right-click on the webpage to add a tab, and you will see options for the built-in components of the system. Select the component you need.
Q: How do I import bookmarks from the browser?
A: You need to download and install the zTab browser extension. After enabling the extension, find Bookmark Management in the right-side function column of zTab to batch add your browser bookmark links.
